Etihad Adds Corporate Care Support for Business Travellers

Etihad Airways has introduced Corporate Care, an enhancement to its Etihad for Business programme for eligible corporate customers. The airline announced the service on 17 September 2026.

Etihad says the service offers priority help during travel disruptions, dedicated account management and closer coordination with travel management companies. Its stated aim is to give organisations and their travellers a clearer point of contact when itineraries change. Eligibility is tied to Etihad for Business membership.
