Etihad Shows New A330neo Cabins With Four First Suites at ATM
Etihad Airways presented a new cabin design for its incoming Airbus A330neo aircraft at Arabian Travel Market in Dubai on 14 September 2026. The planned three-class layout includes four First suites, 24 Business seats and 252 Economy seats.
The First suites are designed with closing doors, while the Business seats will lie flat and offer direct aisle access. Economy includes a 32-seat Extra Legroom section. Etihad says the aircraft will begin entering service in September 2027, with 15 A330s expected to join the fleet over five years.
The presentation forms part of the airline’s broader Beyond Borders passenger experience programme. It gives travellers an early look at the product Etihad intends to use on regional and medium-haul routes. The aircraft and cabin roll-out are future plans, and the announcement did not specify employment openings.
