ADCB Launches Digital Card That Lets Customers Spend TouchPoints

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank launched TouchPoints Flex on 8 September 2026, a digital card that lets eligible customers use accumulated reward points directly for in-store purchases in the UAE. The product is enabled by Jaywan, the national card scheme.

According to ADCB, customers can activate the card in its mobile app and add it to a digital wallet. The bank says the approach removes the need to redeem points through a limited merchant catalogue before spending them.

The launch is a customer-product update and does not indicate new job openings. It highlights the bank’s current work in digital payments and loyalty services, areas that may interest people tracking UAE banking technology.
