Aldar Sets Fourth-Quarter Opening for Saadiyat Grove

Aldar Properties says Saadiyat Grove, its retail and dining destination in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District, is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026. The company announced the timing on 18 September.

Aldar describes the development as a place for shopping, restaurants and other hospitality experiences between the district’s major museums. It expects more than 100 brands, including 20 concepts new to the region. The announced opening gives prospective tenants and visitors a clearer timetable for a project that forms part of Saadiyat Island’s wider cultural and commercial development.
