DMCC Announces Diamond Education Partnership and Unveils 888.88-Carat Stone

DMCC used the seventh Dubai Diamond Conference to announce a professional education partnership with HRD Antwerp and to unveil an 888.88-carat fancy black natural diamond known as the Infinity diamond.

Under the education agreement, HRD Antwerp will deliver courses in diamond grading, gemmology, jewellery design and related disciplines through the Dubai Design Academy. Successful participants will receive recognised diplomas from the institutions.

The conference also marked the launch of a dedicated Dubai Cut retail store and a report proposing steps to strengthen demand and investment in natural diamonds. Course admission details and any related employment opportunities require separate announcements. Source: DMCC.
