This hybrid role provides expert tax advisory across the Asia Pacific and IMEA regions, combining strategic consulting with deep technical expertise.
About the Role
You’ll provide expert transfer pricing advice to cross-functional teams, lead and prepare complete transfer pricing documentation studies, manage regional tax audits, and model the tax impact of complex initiatives including acquisitions and restructurings. Partnering with business leaders across APAC and IMEA, you’ll identify risks and opportunities, recommend process improvements, and monitor regulatory developments to ensure Marsh stays ahead of compliance requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance; minimum 5 years of relevant transfer pricing experience
- Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing methodologies, OECD guidance, and U.S. principles
- Demonstrated ability to prepare documentation and valuation analyses and manage end-to-end tax audits
- Professional qualification (CPA, CA, or advanced Tax degree) or significant Big Four / in-house experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with tax modelling tools (advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, Python) is a strong advantage
