Mubadala, TARAF and Kerzner Plan One&Only Residences on Al Maryah Island

Mubadala, TARAF and Kerzner International have agreed to develop One&Only Private Residences on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi. The partners announced the project on 1 October 2026 during LIVEX 2026.

Mubadala is the island’s master developer, while TARAF will contribute its property-development experience and Kerzner will bring the One&Only residential brand. The planned homes will connect directly to The Galleria and add an ultra-luxury residential component to Al Maryah Island’s mixed-use district.
