Mashreq Adds Off-Plan Home Financing for Selected Expo City Projects

Mashreq has partnered with Expo City Dubai to offer off-plan home financing for eligible buyers in selected residential projects under construction. The collaboration was announced on 8 October 2026.

The approved properties form part of Expo City Dubai’s residential portfolio, which includes more than 3,000 units in development. The financing is intended for qualifying investors and end users and remains subject to Mashreq’s eligibility rules, credit approval and applicable terms.
