FAB Opens Developer Portal With More Than 65 Banking APIs

First Abu Dhabi Bank has launched an API Developer Portal that lets existing and prospective business clients explore its API-enabled banking services before planning an integration. The portal was publicly announced on 13 October 2026.

FAB says the portal provides more than 65 APIs covering payments, collections, account services, virtual accounts, beneficiary validation, trade finance and banking-as-a-service. It also includes business use cases, architecture guidance and grouped API bundles for common integration needs.

The self-service resource is intended to shorten the discovery and planning stage for corporate banking integrations. Access to a listed API remains subject to FAB’s registration and approval processes, and the launch does not indicate recruitment. Source: FABAccess Developer Portal.
