FAB Sets Terms for $500 Million Fixed-Rate Notes Due in 2031

First Abu Dhabi Bank has announced the final terms for $500 million of senior unsecured fixed-rate notes due in September 2031. The issue sits within FAB’s $30 billion Euro Medium Term Note programme.

The transaction gives the bank medium-term funding from international debt markets and adds another maturity point to its wholesale funding profile. The notes are senior obligations, placing them ahead of subordinated capital instruments in the bank’s funding structure.

FAB disclosed the final terms through the London Stock Exchange’s regulatory news service and directed investors to its investor-relations materials for the full documentation.
