About the Role
You’ll design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models that solve real business problems for BlackStone’s enterprise clients. You’ll work across the full AI pipeline — data preparation, model development, evaluation, and production deployment — and collaborate with software and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into client-facing products.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of applied machine learning or AI engineering with production deployment experience
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics in enterprise settings
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including version control and CI/CD pipelines
