Establish and maintain clear standards and best practices for Search and Affiliate marketing, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all markets.
Analyze market-level performance data to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured performance reviews with agency partners, challenging outputs and driving continuous improvement to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Deliver insight-led regional performance reporting, translating complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support local markets in improving their performance marketing maturity by driving adoption of best practices, testing frameworks, and optimization roadmaps.
- Ensure performance marketing readiness for key product launches and ongoing campaigns, capturing learnings to inform future strategies.
