About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to support the Sales Leadership team in driving internal sales management, team enablement, and operational excellence.
This role will focus on improving sales efficiency, standardizing sales processes, supporting team performance management, and building internal training systems to help the BD team better understand the company’s products, solutions, and sales methodologies.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, and experienced in supporting fast-growing B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Crypto sales organizations.
