- You will take full ownership of assigned products, accountable for lead volume, CPA, quality, and margin performance
- Reporting to the Head of Media, you’ll execute strategy while driving day-to-day optimisation and growth
- This is a delivery-focused role with clear commercial performance expectations — not a coordination position
- Responsibilities: Owns paid media strategy and execution for assigned products Builds, launches, and scales campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Manages performance against clear CPA, ROAS, and margin targets Monitors campaigns daily and makes decisive optimisation changes Tests new creative approaches, audiences, bidding models, and landing page strategies Develops and iterates ad copy across Google and Meta, including RSA headline and description variants, Meta primary text and CTAs, and landing page messaging Briefs creative assets with clear strategic rationale and systematically tests messaging hypotheses using performance data to inform future iterations Contributes to expansion into new platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Native, and Programmatic where commercially justified Collaborates closely with Tech, Ops, and Content teams to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency Uses data to generate insights by identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and proposing clear action plans Leverages generative AI tools to research products and markets, generate insights, and analyse campaign data to identify efficiency gains and commercial opportunities Provides structured and concise performance reporting to the Head of Media Qualifications: Has 3–7 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (5+ years preferred) Demonstrates proven experience running lead generation campaigns with clear commercial accountability Has a strong track record of working against strict CPA and performance targets Possesses strong analytical capability and is comfortable working with performance data on a daily basis Demonstrates strong commercial awareness, with a clear understanding that success is measured by profitability and scalability rather than traffic alone Brings experience across additional platforms such as Bing, YouTube, Native, TikTok, and similar channels, which is considered advantageous Has experience marketing within regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance, legal, or healthcare; familiarity with FCA advertising standards or equivalent is highly advantageous Actively uses generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms as part of daily workflow, including copy generation, creative briefing, performance analysis, and reporting Demonstr
