Role Description
Glotify is looking for a Mid-Level to Senior Accountant to join their Dubai office. You will manage and review the accounting work of junior staff, handle key client accounts in construction and hospitality, and ensure all bookkeeping, VAT filings, and financial reporting are accurate, timely, and compliant with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and supervise accounting work of junior accountants
- Handle bookkeeping and data entry for key client accounts
- Manage accounting and VAT processes for construction and restaurant sector clients
- Prepare reconciliations and monthly financial reports
- Follow up with clients and ensure compliance deadlines are met
- Manage multiple company accounts simultaneously
- Support junior staff and ensure quality control
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Experience working with construction and restaurant sector clients
- QuickBooks experience is required
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, UAE VAT, and financial reporting
- Strong Excel and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple companies and support junior staff
- Turkish language proficiency preferred
