Role Description

As Sales Officer for Dubai, you will be responsible for managing and growing Etihad’s revenue within the Dubai trade market. You will develop relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, and trade partners — executing sales strategies that drive passenger volume and yield improvement across Etihad’s network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of travel agency and corporate accounts in Dubai
  • Execute territory sales plans aligned to Etihad’s commercial strategy
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales visits and partner development
  • Negotiate deals, incentive schemes, and commercial agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and trade developments
  • Represent Etihad at trade events, roadshows, and industry forums
  • Report on sales performance and pipeline to line management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of airline, travel, or hospitality sales experience
  • Strong existing relationships within the Dubai travel trade community
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory independently
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre) is an advantage
