Role Description
As an Analytics Consultant at Concentrix Dubai, you will be at the intersection of data science and business strategy. You will partner with clients to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets, enabling smarter decision-making and measurable business outcomes. This is a client-facing role requiring both strong technical skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver analytics solutions for client engagements across industries
- Perform data modelling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics
- Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in CX, digital marketing, or consulting environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
