About the Role
You’ll be the technical champion for Fresha’s enterprise clients in the UAE and wider MENA region. Working directly with salon groups, spa chains, and wellness brands, you’ll own implementation, onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support—ensuring clients realise full value from the Fresha platform. Expect a dynamic mix of project management, technical problem-solving, and client relationship building.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS implementation, or technical customer success
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client onboardings simultaneously
- Proficiency in data migration, API integrations, and software configuration
- Excellent client-facing communication skills and a consultative mindset
- Experience in the hospitality, beauty, or wellness technology sector is a plus
