About the Role
INOI is on the lookout for a skilled Web Application Developer who can bring digital experiences to life. You’ll play a key role in crafting, optimizing, and maintaining our web platforms—combining the power of React / Next.js with the flexibility of WordPress to deliver fast, secure, and seamless solutions that connect users, partners, and customers globally.
What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain INOI’s web applications using React, Next.js, and WordPress.

Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and modular components for reusability.

Implement API integrations and manage data flows between frontend and CMS.

Enhance site performance, SEO, and overall security across all digital touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver world-class digital experiences.
What You Bring

3–5+ years of proven experience in modern web development.

Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 / SCSS.

Hands-on expertise with React, Next.js, and WordPress/PHP.

Familiarity with ACF, REST APIs, and headless WordPress architecture.

Understanding of JWT/OAuth authentication and Git-based workflows.

Bonus points for experience with WooCommerce, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, SEO optimization, or deployment on Vercel / Netlify / AWS.
