Automate end to end wherever it makes sense, from vendor onboarding through to
payment, license and AMC reconciliation, consumption and cost analysis, offshore center

- Bring AI into the operation properly, so the team works with it every day rather than around
- Sit with the people doing the work, understand the real process (not the one in the
- document), and design something better with them
