About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter at Revolut, you’ll be the bridge between top engineering talent and Revolut’s ambitious product teams. You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process for software engineering roles—partnering with hiring managers, crafting compelling candidate experiences, and continuously improving recruiting processes. Revolut moves at fintech speed: you’ll need to be strategic, data-driven, and relentlessly focused on quality.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology or fintech companies
- Strong understanding of software engineering roles, tech stacks, and hiring bar calibration
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing senior and principal-level engineers
- Data-driven approach: comfortable with ATS metrics, pipeline analytics, and hiring forecasts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
