Ability to complete assigned task with no supervision. Worked in a specific facilities maintenance trade for at least 10 years and attended a trade school or upper education. Can work as a supervisor when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures this to include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, Hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features. Etc.
- Reports to Supervisor and Manager and performs tasks and assignments as necessary.
- Carries out CBM’s (Conditional Based Maintenance) as assigned and follows through with preventive maintenance as per equipment manufacturers and property guidelines and manuals.
- Work safe and follow all health and safety guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment.
