Job Title: Synthetic Personality Designer — AI & Digital Characters (1 Position)
we’re hiring a creative and psychologically minded Synthetic Personality Designer to design distinctive, believable and consistent personalities for AI-driven characters, digital humans and virtual personas. The successful the right person will define how synthetic characters think, communicate, react, build relationships and express identity across different digital environments and interactions.
This is a cross-disciplinary role combining character design, psychology, storytelling, behavioral design and artificial intelligence. you’ll work closely with AI developers, character artists, writers, performance specialists and product teams to transform conceptual character identities into coherent, engaging and reusable personality systems for interactive experiences.
Design complete personality frameworks for AI characters, digital humans and virtual personas.
Define character identity, values, motivations, goals, fears, strengths, weaknesses, preferences and behavioral patterns.
Build personality profiles that remain consistent across conversations, scenarios, platforms and long-term interactions.
