Role Description

The Facilities Management Supervisor will oversee day-to-day FM operations across Al Ghurair’s properties, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong technical knowledge and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise FM teams across maintenance, cleaning, and security functions
  • Ensure all PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedules are adhered to
  • Manage contractor relationships and service level agreements
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with HSE standards
  • Handle tenant or occupant complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and FM documentation
  • Support FM budget management and cost control

Requirements

  • 4+ years of facilities management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Technical background in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) preferred
  • Knowledge of HSE standards and UAE building regulations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous
