Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including negotiating partnership agreements and contracts
- Foster mutually beneficial relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner integration and onboarding
- Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Represent the company at networking events and industry forums
Skills Required
- At least 3 years of experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm
- Proven track record in business development or strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of UAE business landscape and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify high-value partnership opportunities
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies with partners
- Existing network in UAE/GCC across multiple industries
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications or experience in Sales are advantageous.
