Staff Engineer – Cards | Dubai, UAE
We’re partnering with one of the UAE’s leading FinTech’s to hire a
for its Cards Engineering team.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced engineer who has built modern card products at scale. You’ll help shape the architecture and technical direction of one of the bank’s most critical customer-facing domains, working across the full card ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across the Cards domain.
- Design and build highly scalable, resilient backend systems powering card products.
- Define architecture, engineering standards, and long-term technical strategy.
- Mentor senior engineers and influence technical decisions across multiple teams.
