Role Overview: As a Software Engineer – AI, you will build and integrate AI/ML features into production applications, working closely with data scientists and product teams to deliver intelligent software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models into scalable production software systems
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices that expose AI capabilities to end users
- Collaborate with data science teams to productionize ML research
- Implement data pipelines for model training and inference
- Optimize application performance with AI-enhanced features
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and SOLID principles
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions
- Stay current with advances in AI/ML and apply them to product challenges
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and at least one other language (Java, Go, or TypeScript)
- Experience integrating ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Solid backend development skills with REST APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
