Global Advisors Communications, a well-established communications and PR agency with a strong regional footprint, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager & Media Buying Specialist to join its Dubai team. This on-site role offers the perfect blend of creative content strategy and performance-driven media buying for a diverse roster of clients.
About the Role
You’ll manage end-to-end social media operations across multiple client accounts—developing content calendars, crafting platform-specific creative briefs, and running paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google. You’ll be equally comfortable building brand narratives through organic content and optimising CPM/CPC metrics in paid campaigns. Strong agency experience and a finger on the pulse of regional social media trends are essential.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of social media management and paid media buying experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills with a flair for Arabic and English storytelling
- Experience managing multi-client campaign budgets and delivering against performance KPIs
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite/Sprout Social)
