The Role
Raytheon’s REL team is looking for a Senior Program Cost and Schedule Controls Analyst in Abu Dhabi. This is a multi-functional finance and program controls role on a defense program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated cost and schedule baselines (IMS/IBR). Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting. Conduct variance analysis and corrective action reviews. Coordinate with program managers, contracts, and finance teams. Prepare financial reports for government customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering. 5+ years experience in program controls, EVM, or defense finance. Proficiency in Earned Value Management systems. Experience with MS Project or Primavera. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to obtain security clearance.
