About the Role
Savills Real Estate LLC is seeking a competent forward-thinking Senior Facilities Supervisor, to continue the development of its FM supervision, tendering and day to day management of FM and maintenance services for its managed residential portfolio in Dubai. This role will report to the Associate Director – Facilities Management in Dubai and will also work closely with the UAE and wider Middle East FM teams to develop best practice.

Co-ordinate, manage and monitor facilities management & maintenance services to be delivered on sites managed by the Dubai Property Management team, ensuring effective delivery.
Manage KPI’s of service providers and AMC deliverers and create monthly reporting for our landlords.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings as needed and be able to provide detailed consultative reports
- Monitor & ensure that FM policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental issues are managed in line with set procedures.
- Oversee Annual Maintenance Contractor performance and ensure landlord’s properties are maintained to a high level.
