About the Role
Senior Executive – Handover & DLP (MEP)
who will be responsible for managing Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities, handover coordination, defect rectification follow-up, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.
The role sits within the Handover & DLP Management Department and reports directly to the Assistant Manager – Handover & DLP Management.
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for a passionate Senior Executive – Handover & DLP (MEP) who is committed to ensuring the successful handover of assets and effective management of post-handover defects across residential and mixed-use developments. You should also have experience in managing MEP-related defects, contractor coordination, snagging and de-snagging activities, Facilities Management coordination, and DLP processes.
- Manage and coordinate Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities related to MEP systems across assigned communities and developments.
- Conduct site inspections to identify, assess, and verify defects related to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and associated building services.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, FM providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely rectification and closure of defects.
