We’re looking for a Senior BD Manager who can engage regulators, originate deals, and own client relationships — globally. You’ll be the commercial face of Ceffu: credible with licensing bodies, sharp on deal structuring, and trusted by institutional clients for the long term.

Represent Ceffu with regulators, licensing authorities, and government bodies across APAC, EMEA, Middle East, and Americas.

Identify and close new business with hedge funds, asset managers, exchanges, banks, and family offices globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial journey — from identifying the right targets and building the relationship, through negotiation, close, and beyond. No handoffs, no committees. You’re the face of Ceffu to your clients at every stage, which means the wins are yours too.
  • Build strategic relationships with exchanges, protocols, and TradFi players — identifying integration and co-distribution opportunities that expand Ceffu’s reach.
  • Channel structured market intelligence — client needs, competitor moves, regulatory shifts — directly to product and leadership.
  • 10+ years in BD, institutional sales, or strategic partnerships in digital assets or financial services.
