Unilabs Middle East is a leading diagnostics and medical imaging company delivering high-quality diagnostic services across the UAE. They are expanding their commercial operations and seeking a Senior Business Development Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, insurance companies)
- Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts
- Present Unilabs’ diagnostic and imaging service portfolio to healthcare decision-makers
- Develop and execute territory business plans and strategies
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements
- Work closely with operations and clinical teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market developments
- Attend healthcare industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics
- Strong network within UAE’s healthcare ecosystem
- Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate clinical and commercial value propositions
- Self-driven with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Valid UAE driving license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
