Senior Associate – Syndicate & Corporate Loan Admin
for our Banking client based in Dubai, UAE.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate – Syndicate & Corporate Loan Administration to manage daily operations related to syndicated and bilateral loan facilities under the Credit Middle Office function. The role involves ensuring accurate processing, compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and effective coordination with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle operational activities for syndicated and bilateral loans including drawdowns, rollovers, settlements, and fee processing.
- Ensure transactions are executed in line with facility agreements, agent notices, and internal policies
- Monitor timelines and meet all participant obligations.
- Track key loan conditions such as DSRA, rental income, commitment fees, and VAT
