Role Description
As Senior Android Developer at Analog, you will lead Android development efforts, drive architectural best practices, and ship delightful mobile experiences used by thousands of users. You will work closely with product and design teams in an agile environment where engineering quality and user experience are equally prioritised.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Drive Android code quality through code reviews and engineering standards
- Lead technical decision-making on the Android platform
- Optimise app performance, stability, and battery efficiency
- Collaborate with backend, design, and QA teams
- Mentor junior Android developers
Requirements
- 5+ years of Android development experience
- Expert proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture)
- Experience with coroutines, Flow, and dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger)
- Published apps on Google Play with high ratings and user volumes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
