The Senior Accountant will report to the Head of Finance and take day to day responsibility for accounting, financial reporting and project cost management across the business. In a newly established team with a large and growing pipeline, the role covers a broad scope of financial management activities including AP, AR, bank, payroll, tax, month-end processes and project reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly management accounts, reporting on variances and financial trends
- Maintain P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting, including reconciliations and month/year-end close support
- Manage AP/AR and Projects Ledger data, and monitor cash flow and commercial matters (contracts, insurances, bonds/guarantees)
- Support local regulatory and tax reporting requirements in compliance with UAE regulations
