SOHO Group, a respected and diversified business group in the UAE, is seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join their Dubai finance team. This role is ideal for experienced accountants looking to take ownership of financial operations within a well-established company that spans multiple sectors across the UAE and the wider region.
About the Role
As a Senior Accountant at SOHO Group, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations. You will play a key role in audit preparations and work closely with cross-functional teams to support the group’s financial health and strategic growth objectives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification preferred
- 4+ years of senior accounting experience within the UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
