About the Role
Montage Commodities FZCO (Dubai, DMCC)
Own the day-to-day books of accounts for Montage Commodities FZCO, a DMCC-registered commodities trading entity, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant bookkeeping and financial reporting in line with UAE regulatory requirements (VAT, Corporate Tax, DMCC, Economic Substance Regulations).
Maintain full book of accounts: general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, trade finance entries (LCs, vessel/commodity trade settlements)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage UAE VAT filings and Corporate Tax compliance
- Support DMCC annual license renewal and audit requirements
- Liaise with external auditors and the group’s financial supervision advisors
