Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the finance department
  • Manage document control, filing, and records management for financial documents
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes for finance team
  • Handle correspondence, communications, and scheduling for department heads
  • Support invoice processing, purchase order management, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of administrative or secretarial experience in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
