This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Dubai. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct meetings and product demonstrations for ICT, software, and consulting solutions. The role includes preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals in collaboration with the technical and delivery teams. The Sales Representative will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, gather feedback, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities across ERP, AI, cybersecurity, and related services. Daily responsibilities also include updating CRM records, forecasting sales, participating in marketing or industry events, and coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover from sale to implementation.
Proven B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and deal closing in the technology or ICT sector.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, manage accounts, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic sales reporting methods to track activities, pipeline, and performance.
- General understanding of ERP, custom software, AI, cybersecurity, or IT services, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
