About the Role
Adria Business & Technology is seeking a Sales Manager for Digital Banking solutions to drive business growth across UAE and GCC. You will sell cutting-edge digital banking software to financial institutions, leveraging your deep knowledge of the banking technology landscape and regional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new bank and financial institution clients for digital banking solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at UAE/GCC banks
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams on client proposals and demos
- Develop regional go-to-market strategies for digital banking products
- Provide market feedback to product teams for roadmap alignment
Requirements
- 5+ years in technology sales, ideally in banking or fintech
- Proven track record selling to banks and financial institutions in UAE/GCC
- Knowledge of core banking, digital banking, or payment systems
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
