Role Description
Deel is looking for a driven SDR to own outbound prospecting into the Benelux SMB market. Based in Dubai, you will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg — generating pipeline for Deel’s Account Executive team and helping companies discover the power of global workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and multi-touch sequences
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Research target companies and build personalised outreach strategies
- Achieve monthly quotas for meetings booked and pipeline generated
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Fluency in Dutch or French is strongly preferred for Benelux market coverage
- High energy, resilient, and coachable personality
- Proficiency in sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn SN)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in HR tech, payroll, or global employment solutions
