The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on Enterprise clients in the DACH region, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify enterprise leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Run discovery calls to understand prospects’ HR and payroll challenges. Schedule meetings for Account Executive team. Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce. Exceed monthly pipeline targets.
Requirements
1-2 years experience in B2B sales or SDR role. Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English. Experience selling to enterprise clients is preferred. Strong communication and objection-handling skills. Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
