Sales & Business Development Lead
Key Responsibilities
- to spearhead commercial growth across the UAE and wider Middle East. This senior role is ideal for a commercially focused technical professional with a strong engineering understanding and a proven ability to secure new business within onshore and offshore markets.
- You will play a pivotal role in shaping market strategy, expanding Cathelco’s regional footprint, and driving high-value customer engagement. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-oriented, and skilled in building long-term relationships in fast-paced, competitive environments.
- Proactively generate, lead, and convert new business opportunities for Cathelco products across onshore and offshore sectors in the UAE and Middle East.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to support ambitious company growth targets.
