Key Responsibilities
- MOTAD is a Dubai-based integrated growth and creative agency. We operate across brand strategy, digital marketing, content production, events, and BTL – helping brands grow across the UAE and wider GCC. We’re expanding our new business function and looking for a hunter who knows how to open doors and close deals in this market.
- This is a pure new business role. You’ll be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting brands and companies into paying MOTAD clients. You own the pipeline – from first contact and pitch development all the way through to signed agreements.
- If you’ve worked in agency sales before and know how to navigate the UAE market, this role offers real commercial ownership and a direct seat at the growth table.
