Role Description
Overseas is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to be the administrative backbone of their Dubai sales team. This is a specialist administrative role — not a stepping stone to a sales career, but an opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in precision, structure, and supporting sales excellence from behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer data including prices, orders, and contracts
- Process sales orders from receipt through to accurate invoicing
- Prepare product sheets, price lists, and tender documentation
- Support administrative preparation of annual customer meetings
- Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules, flagging slow-moving inventory
- Act as administrative Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customer queries
- Maintain sales records, filing systems, and shared drives
- Produce recurring reports and data overviews for the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or equivalent experience
- Genuine enthusiasm for administrative work and precision
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM, Excel, and document management tools
- Ability to manage multiple parallel requests calmly
