Actively communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, promoting the PUMA brand and merchandise in trying to fulfill the customers’ needs and meet selling standards

Key Responsibilities
- Be up to date and show understanding of product, PUMA procedures, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and fellow PUMA team members
- Adhere to and consistently demonstrate behavior of PUMA retail operations initiatives to strengthen PUMA International’s competitive position within the marketplace.
- Consistently participate and demonstrate understanding of store programs involving safety, operations, service and loss prevention to positively add to store’s overall performance
- Understand store merchandise, sales and operations related statistics to gain expected business knowledge and to positively add to overall store performance
