About the Role
TikTok’s Global Reseller Team manages advertising businesses across 20+ markets where we operate without a direct sales presence. In these markets, we work with third-party reseller partners to represent TikTok and drive advertising revenue on our behalf.
As Reseller Growth & Operations Lead for Central Europe, you will own the growth strategy and business results for your markets, and drive execution through a distributed team of outsourced/vendor staff (30-50+ headcount across reseller partner organizations) who carry out day-to-day sales activity on the ground. While this is an individual contributor role in TikTok, in practice you are the strategic and operational owner of a large, cross-border business: you define where growth comes from, translate that into a plan your outsourced teams can execute, and are personally accountable for the revenue results they deliver.
This role requires a strong strategic mind, not just an operator. You’ll need to diagnose why a market is under- or over-performing, build the plan to fix or scale it, and then have the operational discipline and people-influence skills to push that plan through teams you don’t directly employ. We’re looking for someone genuinely result-driven — comfortable owning a number and doing whatever it takes across strategy, coaching, and hands-on execution to hit it.

Key Responsibilities
- – Set the go-to-market approach by market, translating TikTok’s regional priorities into a plan the outsourced team can execute against
- – Conduct regular business reviews with reseller partners on spend trends, advertiser acquisition, and account-level performance, and personally step into top account strategy or escalations where senior support is needed to close revenue
