Takween Aldar Real Estate and its sister company, Takween Business Advisory, are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and trustworthy Real Estate & Corporate Accountant to manage accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial controls across both companies.
Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will have strong UAE accounting experience, preferably within real estate, together with knowledge of VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, and AML compliance.
- * Manage day-to-day accounting operations for both companies.
- * Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
- * Track real estate commissions, agent payouts, developer receivables, and outstanding payments.
