About the Role
As Project Manager – Passengers Experience at RTA, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that directly improve the journey of millions of commuters using Dubai’s metro, buses, water taxis, and smart mobility solutions. You’ll manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines while engaging stakeholders from government entities, technology vendors, and international consultants. Key Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in transport, infrastructure, or smart city contexts

- Familiarity with customer experience frameworks and service design principles
